For personalized assistance, app users can start a support conversation directly within the app:
- Direct Messaging - Message our support team in real-time through the app
- Categorized Requests - Choose from Account & Login, Payments & Billing, Services, Technical Issues, General Inquiry, or Complaints
- Priority Levels - Set your request as Normal, High, or Urgent based on your needs
- Response Time - Support typically responds within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Conversation History - All your support conversations are preserved and accessible anytime
- Track Your Requests - View the status of your support conversations (Open, In Progress, Waiting for You, Resolved, or Closed)
